2020 in a nutshell๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

We were supposed to go away early May but with everything that happened we moved the holiday to late May and as May crept up on us decided to move it to next year realising this thing wasn't going away. We don't leave the house a lot now as there are loads of folk refusing to wear masks when you go to the store for some bizarre reason.

The world has gone crazy and the virus is starting to make a comeback after it had calmed down a bit..

2020 is one crazy year

Yeah, it's been a mess. It's like we are stuck in a time loop or something, waiting for things to get better but they remain the same. I'm ready to get on with life and nobody seems to care that we aren't doind what we need to do to move on.

It's a weird one because yeah we as a species on this planet want to just be able to get on with things but at the same time I personally wouldn't want to risk getting this potentially fatal virus. I would hate to hear of friends of family getting it and ending up 6 feet under.

I think what is making things worse at the moment is all the protests, refusing to wear masks and the anti vaxxers. I have seen in holiday groups that staff in bars etc and holiday makers aren't adhering to the various rules laid out so it is literally a ticking time bomb. I read some staff in bars in Turkey are going round the room without masks dancing on tables and kissing folk. All it takes is one person to be infected and the chain will start and spread like wildfire.

Just wish we could reboot 2020 and start again knowing what we already know
